DOES EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY NEED THEIR OWN MEMBERSHIP?

If you’re renting a bike from Ride@Home, your subscription covers an unlimited number of users per household. But if you’re a Ride@Home Digital user, you will each need to sign up for the subscription separately.

WHERE SHOULD I PUT MY BIKE / HOW MUCH SPACE WILL THE BIKE TAKE UP?

If you’ve got a small home, you may be worried about where to fit your new equipment. But rest assured: The Bike is easier to squeeze in than you think, as its dimensions are just two feet by four feet.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BIKE BREAKS?

In the unlikely event that your bike breaks, we will ship you a replacement within 72 hours.

CAN I USE RIDE@HOME WHILE I’M TRAVELING?

Hundreds of hotels around the world have spin bikes on-site for guests to use on trips. You can always get your sweat on in your hotel room (or a nearby gym) using Ride@Home Digital. Our on-demand classes can be accessed at any time anywhere!

DO I NEED CYCLING SHOES?

No. Trainers will work just fine. You will be able to ride without cycling footwear.

DO I NEED TO BE IN A GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE BEFORE STARTING WITH SPIN@HOME?

No, but we are not experts so always check with your physician first before starting any form of exercise. Ride@home offers a variety of classes for a variety of skill levels. There are beginner classes all the way up to advanced fitness levels. Instructors always encourage you to exercise at your level, too.

DO I HAVE TO BE A CYCLIST TO JOIN RIDE@HOME?

No! Ride@Home does not require any previous experience on an outdoor bike. The great thing about Ride@Home is we believe anyone and everyone can enjoy indoor cycling. Whether you are an experienced cyclist, or you haven’t ridden a bike since you were 8 years old, Ride@Home is for you!
